How I Support You

As an Energy Codes® Certified Coach and Facilitator, I support you in creating felt, experiential shifts that transform your relationship to life from the inside out. With heart-centered support, empowering coaching, mentoring, and guiding, I help you shift from your protective personality to your authentic self, the Soulful Self. I assist you in rewriting your life, navigating health events, emotions, conversations, and relationships, and guiding you in speaking from your authentic True Self. Additionally, I teach effective Energy Codes® practices to self-heal with breath and movement.

My Approach

I use a heart-centered approach to life. Life is beautiful and filled with endless possibilities and wonder. However, I also understand that life can sometimes feel the opposite—hopeless, unfair, sad, and filled with worry. Staying aligned with the beauty of life is a journey for the heart, involving daily practice and devotion to finding the greater love. I offer techniques and insights that help clients more fully connect to their heart, body, and intuition. I guide my clients to make powerful changes that will create the life they dream of having.
